RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY


You can contact the company's customer service department by phone at +91-1312970478 or by email at info@zdeclife.com with any problems or complaints. The issues raised by the customer will be resolved as quickly as feasible. In the event of a problem, the customer may return the item within thirty days of delivery by filing a claim and doing so on a "freight to pay" basis. Please include the order number, your name, the product's name, and the reason you are returning the goods when sending them back. On such returns, it is the distributor's obligation to satisfy the customer’s need for money refund or replacements of products. The sum collected for any purchases that could not be filled would be returned after shipping and handling fees have been subtracted.


Buy Back Policy


For distributors who want to leave their distributorship and return any Zdeclife products that are in excellent shape, usable, re-saleable, restock able, unopened, and must have a shelf life of at least six months, the company offers a buy back policy.
Vestige will give the distributor a full refund for the products after subtracting any bonuses paid (if any) and reversing the BV on the products if the distributor resigns within 30 days of the purchase of the products (if any).
The amount refunded against the returned products will be equal to the distributor cost of the products less the total bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase, less GST, and less a 10% service fee if the distributor resigns from his or her distributorship after the lapse of 30 days from the date of the purchase of products from Zdeclife.
The Buy Back Policy is intended to make the sponsor and the Company responsible for ensuring that the distributor is making informed product purchases.


RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:


• Used products
• A return request is submitted once the allotted period has passed.
• Products, including price tags and labels, which have been tampered with or lack serial numbers.
• Refund for a fraudulent or duplicate transaction: The User must contact Zdec Healthcare directly in the event of any fraudulent transactions that result from a fraudulent person or party misusing their card or bank information. This issue will be appropriately handled by Zdec Healthcare alone in accordance with their policies and rules. Zdec Healthcare shall not be liable for any improper transactions carried out by third parties in the event that OTP or any other confidential PINS are disclosed to a third party.
• Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: In the event that the Website or the Payment Service Provider's website, which is linked to the Website, encounters any server-related problems such as "slow down," "failure," or "session timeout," the User shall, prior to initiating the second payment, confirm whether his or her Bank Account has been debited or not, and thereafter take one of the following actions:
(i) If the Bank Account appears to have been debited, make sure the payment is not made twice, and then get in touch with Zdec Healthcare via email info@zdecli.com or another method they have provided to confirm payment.
(ii) The User may start a new transaction to make a payment if the Bank Account is not debited.
(iii) The user must contact the bank and not Zdec Healthcare if the bank account appears to have been debited
but not credited to the company's account. When notified by the User within a certain time frame, Zdec Healthcare may attempt to halt the processing of the orders or services in such circumstances.
• The User acknowledges that the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall not be liable for any such fraudulent or duplicate transactions and that no claims against the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be made in this regard. The Payment Service Provider(s) will not respond to any correspondence in this regard that is sent to them (s).


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


• As a convenience to the User, Zdec Healthcare has made this Service available. The provision of this Service does not give rise to any claim or liability on the part of Zdec Healthcare. The User understands and agrees that he or she is solely responsible for his or her actions and that Zdec Healthcare reserves the right to instantly and without prior notice cancel the User's permission to use the Service.
• Any inaccuracy, error, delay, or omission in
(a) any data, information, or message, or
(b) the transmission or delivery of any such data, information, or message, shall not subject Zdec Healthcare and/or the Payment Service Providers to liability; or
(c) any loss or harm brought on by or resulting from any such inaccuracy, error, delay, or omission, non-performance, or interruption in any such data, information, or message. When processing, providing, or administering the Services, Zdec Healthcare and/or the Payment Service Providers, their employees, directors, and third-party agents are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. or any other damages, including exemplary or punitive damages, resulting from the provision of the Services or from any inadequacy or deficiency in the provision of the Services, or as a result of unauthorised access to or alteration of data transmissions, or as a result of the suspension or termination of the Services.
• Zdec Healthcare and the Payment Service Provider(s) disclaim all responsibility for any monetary or other losses incurred by the User as a result of: I the failure, delay, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with the use of the Payment Gateway or Services related thereto; and/or
(ii) any hiccups or errors in the Payment Gateway's operation. The User is responsible for protecting the Payment Service Provider(s) and Zdec Healthcare, as well as each of their officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand made in relation to the use of the Services. The User acknowledges and agrees that neither Zdec Healthcare nor any of its employees shall be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of, or reliance on, the information contained on the Website, or from any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions where such failure results from causes beyond Zdec Healthcare's reasonable control.


MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS:


• Zdec Healthcare's rights under these Terms and Conditions are not automatically surrendered by any waiver of such rights.
• The User acknowledges and agrees that the transmission of his or her personal information, including without limitation debit card or credit card information, over the Internet may be subject to misuse, hacking, theft, and/or fraud, and that neither Zdec Healthcare nor the Payment Service Provider(s) have any control over such matters.
• Zdec Healthcare has taken all reasonable precautions to prevent the illegal use of any information transmitted by the User, but it cannot represent or guarantee that using the services it offers won't lead to data theft or other unauthorised use through the Internet.
• At no time will Zdec Healthcare, the Payment Service Provider(s), or its affiliates or associates be held responsible for any breach of contract, mistake, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of information on the Website. To register and/or use the services offered by Zdec Healthcare on the Website, the User may be needed to create his/ her own User ID and Password. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the user acknowledges that his or her user ID and password are crucial pieces of information and that it is their obligation to keep them private and secure. As a result of this agreement, the user undertakes to:
1. Select a new password whenever it's necessary for security reasons.
2. Maintain the strictest privacy for his or her user ID and password.
3. Be accountable for all activities taken by the user using that User ID and Password.
The User is hereby advised that Zdec Healthcare will never contact the User through unwanted phone call or email and request the User's password. When the transaction(s) are finished, the User must sign out of his or her Zdec Healthcare account on the Website and shut the web browser window. This is to protect the User's private information and correspondence when the User uses a computer in a shared environment or in a public location, such as a library or Internet café.


Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account Details


• The User acknowledges that the debit/credit card information they supply for use with the aforementioned Service(s) must be complete and accurate, and they agree not to use a debit/credit card that they do not legally hold or whose use is not permitted by the card's rightful owner. The User also promises to use a legitimate and accurate debit or credit card.
• The User may use a debit/credit card or an internet banking account to pay Zdec Healthcare for the products they have purchased. When he or she commences a payment transaction, issues an online payment instruction, and enters credit card or bank information, the User guarantees, agrees, and confirms that:
• The following conditions must be met before using a credit card or debit account:
• The User is fully and legally entitled to use such card or bank account for such transactions;
• The User is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the card or bank account information provided by him or her; and
• The User is authorising debit of the nominated card or bank account for the payment of the goods or services that the User has chosen, along with any applicable Fees.
• The User is responsible for making sure there is enough credit on the designated card or bank account at the time of the payment to allow payment of the dues owing or the specified bill(s), including any applicable fees


Personal Information


• The User acknowledges and agrees that Zdec Healthcare and/or the Payment Service Provider(s) may collect, use, and disclose personal information for security-related or law enforcement investigations, as well as in the course of cooperating with authorities or in order to comply with legal requirements, to the extent required or permitted by law.
• The User acknowledges that sending any communication through email constitutes a release of information to Zdec Healthcare. The User consents to being contacted by email on such mails that he/she initiates.
• By using the Website, the User agrees to the terms of Zdec Healthcare's information privacy policy and to the continued use of previously collected information by Zdec Healthcare, in addition to the information already in Zdec Healthcare’s possession and/or that of the Payment Service Provider(s) and/or other third parties.
• The User is deemed to have consented to the processing of his or her personal data as described below by providing Zdec Healthcare with their personal information. The User understands and agrees that the management of his or her information will take place in compliance with the legislation currently in effect.


Payment Gateway Disclaimer


The service is offered to make it easier to examine and pay for goods and services that are available online. Further than what is specifically stated on the Website for this purpose, neither Zdec Healthcare nor the Payment Service Provider(s) make any other explicit or implied warranties or representations regarding the operation of the Payment Gateway. By accepting/agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User fully acknowledges and agrees that the usage of the aforementioned online payment service is done at the User's own risk and is solely within his/her control.
