In the event of a problem, the customer may return the item within seven days of delivery by filing a claim and doing so on a “freight to pay” basis. Please include the order number, your name, the product’s name, and the reason you are returning the goods when sending them back. On such returns, the corporation will refund the money after deducting the freight it paid. The funds received for any items that could not be fulfilled or were rejected at the destination would be refunded after the shipping and handle charges.
Returns are not possible in the following cases:

Only the Muzaffarnagar Court shall have jurisdiction, and Indian law shall govern.
